This guy is the absolute best! He has been working on my cars and trucks for a few years now. He goes above and beyond to find and fix the issue. He has a great sense of humor and will make you laugh even when your upset about your vehicle not working correctly. I trust him to fix the vehicles my kids ride in... Great mechanic
Mr. Gaines gave an honest assessment of the issue with my Suburban. My husband basically already knew what the problem was, just didn't have time to fix it himself. Mr. Gaines came to the same conclusion without our input. He charged a very fair price for parts and labor and completed the repairs very quickly. Super nice and easy to deal with. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else.
I would rate Gaines Automotive 5 stars without a second thought. I live on Lake Texoma which is an hour and a half away, but I drive the distance because the owner, Shane, never fails to go out of his way to help me and sometimes with short notice. Throughout the several years that I have taken my trucks to Shane, he has always been honest, which is a rarity these days. His work is excellent and I completely trust his assessment of any issues having to do with my vehicles.
